4. Chatroom Usage Rules

The chatroom may contain public and private messaging, audio mic features, hand raise options, file uploads, and emoji/GIF support.

Moderators and Admins have the right to mute, kick, ban, or remove users at their discretion for violating rules.

Voice mic access is managed by a “mic queue” or hand-raise system. Only one user can speak at a time.

Users agree to behave appropriately when on mic or engaging with others.
5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you share, but by posting, you grant FmRadio92 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

You must not post copyrighted content without proper rights or permission.
6. Streaming and Recording

FmRadio92 broadcasts audio content, including user audio from chatrooms.

Your voice may be heard live by others when using the mic.

FmRadio92 may record or archive public sessions for moderation, safety, or promotional purposes.

You consent to be recorded when speaking or sharing content via mic.

8. Termination & Suspension
